Happy Monday! Pleasing everyone at mealtime can be challenging. Balancing multiple food preferences along with restrictions such as no gluten or dairy while prioritizing healthy and tasty, simple and fresh can make home-cooking tiring or stressful at times if you aren’t prepared with an arsenal of favorite recipes.
Today I’m sharing one of my family’s favorites that checks all the boxes — Turkey and Sweet Potato Chili. It can be made with or without beans. We mostly opt not to use beans for the picky eaters. 🙂 Just as tasty made in the Instant Pot, and you can double or triple batch and freeze. 🦃 🍠 We like to top with avocados for added nutrients and flavor. 🥑 Enjoy!
